AZKAR

KEPLER closely with BITO, Storage Systems, has installed a mezzanine of 1005 m2 in a new logistics platform of AZKARr in Meco, near Madrid. Designed and built by Van der Landen, this new automated warehouse has pallet racks,mini-load stacker, and a network of conveyors and automated handling systems.
Kepler has installed a mezzanine , plus several catwalks and ladders and platforms to allow maintenance of different conveyors.
The decking floor consists of chipboard tongued and groove cover galvanized sheet 1.5 mm thick.
The installation is completed with a special platform to support sorter, equipped with a galvanized grating panels floor.
